federal legislators to simply do the right thing, which has proved foolish and

Australia is now the only democratic nation in the world
without a national bill of rights. Some comprehensive form of
legal protection for basic rights is otherwise seen as an essential check and
balance in democratic governance around the world. Indeed, I can find no
example of a democratic nation that has gained a new Constitution or legal
system in recent decades that has not included some form of a bill of rights,
nor am I aware of any such nation that has done away with a bill of rights once
it has been put in place.
Why then is Australia the
exception? The answer lies in our history. Although many think of Australia as
a young country, constitutionally speaking, it is one of the oldest in the
world. The Australian Constitution remains almost completely as it was when enacted
in 1901, while the Constitutions of the Australian states can go back as far as
the 1850s. The legal systems and Constitutions of the nation and the Australian
colonies (and then states) were conceived at a time when human rights, with the
prominent exception of the 1791 United States Bill of Rights, tended not to be
protected through a single legal instrument. Certainly, there was then no such
law in the United Kingdom, upon whose legal system ours is substantially based.
This has changed, especially after World War II and the passage of the
Universal Declaration of Human Rights, but by then Australia’s system of
government had been operating for decades.

The first mistake in
believing that Australia is a free country is believing that it is free. The
second is believing that it’s an actual country. As Julian Assange put it
shortly before the Australian government allowed him to be silenced and then
imprisoned for journalism exposing US war crimes:
“I love my birth country
Australia but as a state it doesn’t exist. Here is why it had its
prime-minister denounce me, moved to cancel my passport, secretly passed data
on me to US intelligence and has never made representations on my behalf. It is owned by US+UK
corporations. Before WWII Australia was
dominated by the UK–of which it was a colony. After the war it subordinated
itself U.S. hegemony. A brief attempt at an independent
Australian foreign policy in 1975 resulted in a US+UK backed constitutional
coup.”
So what to do about all
this? If you listen to social media comments from people in the northern
hemisphere the answer is that Australians should wage a civil war against their
government, which from where I’m standing is hilarious partly because they’re
talking about a populace whose entire cultural values system is built around
being laid back and unbothered, and partly because most of those commenters are
Americans living directly under the single most tyrannical regime on earth who
have yet to put their much-touted Second Amendment toward practicing what they
preach.
There’s a lot that’s going
to have to shift before Australians gain stable protections for their civil
liberties, which will necessarily have to include not just some kind of bill of
rights but becoming an actual republic and finally
getting that ugly old woman off our coins and ending the illegitimate US
military occupation here once and for all. This will not happen until
there’s an expansion in public consciousness of the need to do this, which may
or may not be born out of conditions getting a lot worse before they get
better. It may also be born out of a critical mass of Australians deciding
they’re fed up and beginning a real push toward becoming a free country.

When attacked by a
reporter who brought up the Premier saying the only way out of this is being
doubled-jabbed.
Palmer responded: I'd say

A particular lobbyist in
Sydney that controls the liberal party told her the only way to she gets out of
that inquiry is if she pushes the double jab. His clients are AstraZeneca and Pfizer.
I'd tell them that policy
isn't true and that they shouldn't be locked down. Businesses should be open
and the government is using this as an excuse to destroy them. They know that.
The Premier is
being directed by a lobbyist in Sydney who is being paid by AstraZeneca and by
Pfizer tens of millions of dollars to get these policies through to make sure
the vaccine is pushed. That's my personal
knowledge and I'm happy to make a statement here, to police or to anyone, if
they want to know what's going on.

Weekend demonstrations
have flared up in Australia over the last month, as Aussies have vented their
frustrations 1 and attempted to take back control of their communities after a
surge in virus cases prompted the government to re-implement some of the
world's most draconian social-distancing measures.
And if there is one thing
that terrifies increasingly tyrannical governments, it's a loss of control of
the narrative, which is why the Australian government is getting a jump start
on curbing any so-called "conspiracy theorists" daring to spread
information that questions the fear-mongering being used to keep Aussie
citizens under lock and key.
A new bill is expected to
be debated by the Victorian government in the State Parliament this week. It
gives local authorities the power to detain "conspiracy theorists"
and people who refuse to self-isolate, reported Caldron Pool.
If passed, the
COVID-19 Omnibus (Emergency Measures) allows the government to detain anyone labelled
as a "high risk" or likely to spread COVID-19 negligently.
A state government
spokesman told The Age that the rule could be applied to "conspiracy
theorists who refuse to self-isolate or severely drug-affected or mentally
impaired people who do not have the capacity to quarantine." Those
arrested under the new rule will be housed in quarantine facilities.
Attorney-General Jill
Hennessy said the new bill would "allow us to continue responding to the
challenges the pandemic presents, so we can keep protecting Victorians and
delivering the services they rely on."
So far, many of the
anti-lockdown demonstrations have been held on the weekends. At least 200
people were fined and 74 arrested at a protest in Melbourne on Sunday. If the
bill is passed, some protesters would be rounded up and arrested, and could
spend time in a quarantine facility.
Clearly, the government's
intent to extend powers and detain conspiracy theorists and those who pose a
risk of spreading the virus should be alarming to readers.
In a glimpse of what is
ahead, authorities have already arrested a Melbourne woman for allegedly
writing pro-anti lockdown posts on social media.

Public Health England data
published on the 3rd September 2021 shows that from February 1st 2021 up to the
29th August 2021 there have been 1,798 deaths within 28 days of a positive test
for the Delta Covid-19 variant.
Of these 16 deaths were
among those who’d had a single dose of a Covid-19 vaccine less than 28 days
before their positive test, and 126 deaths were among those who’d had a single
dose of a Covid-19 vaccine more than 28 days before their positive test.
Meanwhile the fully
vaccinated population have accounted for 1,091 of those deaths, with just 536
deaths occurring among the unvaccinated population.

Pretending COVID Is An
Emergency Is Killing America
There is no justification for the
continued suspension of the American form of self-government that secures all
our individual rights and liberties.

The Western world is living a massive COVID lie.
That lie is strangling the life out of liberty, and it will destroy our
constitutional order if we do not end this horrifying charade.
A recent article in
The Guardian discussing France’s vaccine passport unconsciously provides the
perfect example. It describes the Great Plague that struck Marseille in 1720
(the final contortion of the Black Death), noting that it “kill[ed] more than
half of the city’s population.”
“[S]truggl[ing] to find a delicate balance between
halting the spread of the disease and damaging vital commerce,” the city
authorities, The Guardian tells us, ordered travellers “to carry a ‘bill of
health’ and ships arriving at the Mediterranean port underwent a 40-day cordon sanitaire or quarantine.”
“Three hundred years on,” The Guardian seriously
intones, “President Emmanuel Macron is walking an equally tricky tightrope . .
.” Hopefully, you spotted the glaring problem with this comparison. In 1720,
the Great Plague in Marseille killed more than half the city’s population.
We have gotten to the point in this “pandemic”
where government leaders and a worryingly high percentage of the American
people are acting like COVID is a crisis on par with Marseille’s Great Plague.
We have been buried in facts, figures, mountains of data, constantly shifting
information, misinformation, and more. We are relentlessly briefed by the media
about rising infection rates or the current capacity of local ICUs.
But cut through it all and ask — how many Americans
are dying? According to Johns Hopkins, the fatality rate of COVID in the United
States is 1.7 percent, which
means that 98.3 percent survive. That takes into account all deaths, including
people who had underlying conditions and the elderly. Excluding those who are
obviously high-risk, the survival rate is close to 100 percent.
If COVID ever were an emergency, it is no longer one now, and it has not
been for a long time. It is a nasty disease, to be sure, but it is one that we
are going to have to live with and learn to treat.
Instead, we have all assumed roles in a live
rendition of Hans Christian Andersen’s folktale “The Emperor’s New
Clothes.” The
government plays the lying emperor, whose hubris resulted in him parading naked
in public while declaring he wore clothes. The American people play the silly
subjects who disregarded reality to humour the monarch’s farce.
If we do not say the truth and end this false
emergency, we will lose our liberty forever. In March 2020, we foolishly locked
down and ceded our constitutional system of government (three independent
branches with checks and balances) to rule by the executive.
The executives and attendant bureaucrats assumed the powers of the legislature,
issuing lockdown orders, mask mandates, and now vaccine passports.
Many courts have all but rubber-stamped their
actions. James Madison straightforwardly warned in Federalist 47, “[t]he
accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive and judicia[l], in the same
hands . . . may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.”
In short, we have been living under intolerable and unjustified tyranny for
close to a year and a half.
Despite the reality, our governing class is using
the pretence of an ongoing crisis (on
par with the final onslaught of the bubonic plague, they ridiculously assert) to maintain and exercise power outside the American
constitutional order. They have taken from us our most precious gift as
Americans — our unique form of government that assures our liberty.
Just as shocking, countless underinformed and
careless Americans, either from ignorance or fear, see no issue with the
current extra-constitutional arrangement. They berate us to “trust the
[ever-changing and politicized] science,” but the death rate tells the tale. We
must restore the proper allocation of power.
It is imperative that any state or jurisdiction still
operating under emergency authority terminate that state of emergency
immediately. According to multistate.us, more than half of the 50 states remain
under emergency orders and executive rule. Even in some states, like New York,
that have ended their statewide emergency orders, large jurisdictions remain in
states of emergency, continuing to abuse American citizens’ freedom (see New
York City and its vaccine-passport program).
State legislatures
should pass laws that forbid any business or government entity from mandating
masks, and vaccine passports must be absolutely forbidden. The Alabama
legislature passed a law banning COVID vaccine passports, and North Dakota
enacted legislation that would largely block businesses from requiring proof of
vaccination.
Your state legislatures have enormous power in our
constitutional system, power that we the people have ignored for too long. It
is high time to activate grassroots influence and self-govern via our
legislatures.
COVID
is not an emergency. People are not dying in droves. There is no
justification for the continued suspension of the American form of
self-government that secures all our individual rights and liberties.
In “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” it was the honesty of a child that
finally exposed the emperor and the people for fools when he cried out, “but he
hasn’t got anything on!” It is long past time to speak the truth: there is no
true COVID emergency.
Enough is enough. Return America to its proper
constitutional order and insist on consent of the governed.
