A highly-classified “Of Special Importance” new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today noting the announced intention of President Donald Trump to designate the radical socialist group ANTIFA as a terrorist organization, says that prior to this announcement being made yesterday, FBI Office-Moscow, in early March-2020, made an urgent request to meet with senior SVR officers—a meeting the SVR assumed the FBI wanted to discuss the movement of ANTIFA terrorists from Canada into the United States, where in both countries they were derailing trains—whom the SVR knew both US military and intelligence assets were tracking since they discovered ANTIFA terrorists were training in Venezuela in August-2017—but were surprised during this meeting when FBI officers, along with US Department of Justice and US State Department investigators, began asking about a rather small and insignificant organization named the Russian Imperial Movement—that’s never committed an act of terrorism, though some of its members have been “linked” to terrorist activities in Europe, though never in America—but when revealed to the FBI by the SVR that a few US citizens had visited this organization’s website, which the Americans already knew and had the files on, saw this being enough “evidence” needed for the US State Department to brand the Russian Imperial Movement and members of its leadership as “Specially Designated Global Terrorists” a few weeks later on 7 April 2020.
The SVR analysis of what the Americans were doing saw it being determined that their actions didn’t actually involve this small Russian organization, rather it was part of something much larger they were planning to do in the future against ANTIFA and other such radical socialist terror groups—who in the past when committing acts of terror in the United States were prosecuted using a Civil War-era statute that criminalizes “seditious conspiracy”—with the last persons to be charged, prosecuted and convicted using this law being the late Omar Abdel Rahman (aka the “Blind Sheik”) and his subordinates, who bombed the World Trade Center in 1993.
A Civil-War era charge the Foreign Ministry noted, on 30 May, the US Department of Justice had turned away from, with their now intending to prosecute ANTIFA terrorists using the feared RICO ACT—with the predicate for doing so being ANTIFA first being designated as a domestic terror group, and there having to be an overarching “domestic terrorism” offence to charge them all with—the first accomplished by President Trump announcing his intention to designate ANTIFA as a terror group, and the second accomplished by the FBI having now declared that the killing of a US federal officer during a protest in Oakland-California was, indeed, an “act of domestic terror”—all followed by US Attorney William Barr ordering the immediate forming of a Joint Terrorism Task Force to prosecute these charges against ANTIFA.
Though most critically being overlooked in all of these machinations, is their all being done in the aftermath of the death of man named George Floyd—who was supposedly killed by a police officer that kept his knee on this man’s neck until he died—but who actually died after this “knee incident” occurred, as confirmed by Minneapolis police spokesman John Elder, who said Floyd died at a nearby hospital shortly after he was brought there and “suffered a medical episode while struggling with officers”—further confirmed by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner, whose official findings state: “The autopsy revealed no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation. Mr. Floyd had underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease. The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death”—and as to why the SVR itself has designated the death of George Floyd as an apparent “Psyop Operation”—is due to the video evidence showing that when an ambulance pulled alongside George Floyd, no paramedic or medical professional emerged from it—rather two armed and bulletproof vest wearing unidentified officers emerged to quickly whisk George Floyd into the ambulance without performing any life determining or life saving procedures on him---and is not surprising due the vast number of known and suspected CIA assets surrounding this mysterious incident—and whom the SVR believes is this incidents main target. According to the very limited portions of this highly-classified report permitted to be commented on by various Ministries, one of the most extensive investigations ever undertaken by the SVR was the Obama-Clinton Regime overthrow of the democratically elected government of Ukraine in 2014—an overthrow labeled by the world’s most powerful private intelligence organization Stratfor (otherwise known as “The Shadow CIA”) as “the most blatant coup in history”—and whose findings determined that rogue CIA forces operating independently from the broader US intelligence community masterminded this coup plot—a plot that first saw the CIA igniting racial hatred against Russian and Jewish citizens living in Ukraine using neo-Nazi forces—racial hatred that exploded into mass demonstration and riots—that the government of Ukraine responded to by ordering its police and military forces to restore peace—but after being deployed, then saw dozens of protesters being shot and killed—killings that exploded the peoples of Ukraine into rage so violent it led to them overthrowing their government—though they weren’t killings done by the Ukraine government at all, as these murders were committed by Georgian mercenary snipers hired to kill these unarmed civilians.
Known in the intelligence world as a “Cause Célèbre Coup”, this report details, the CIA has spent decades perfecting this method of overthrowing governments—the first step of which is to find a societal fracture point using race, political differences, or other such divisions, and applying pressure to it—that’s then followed by the igniting of protests, where ordinary protesters provide cover for agent provocateurs—otherwise known as terrorists and/or saboteurs who perform acts of violence and vandalism—the intent of which is to force a government to deploy its police and/or military forces to restore normal order—and if done, sees them walking into a trap—as nearly as soon as these state forces are deployed, a mass civilian death action will be perpetrated by these agent provocateurs, which will quickly be blamed on the government—with the purpose being to ignite enough outrage to overthrow the government before any investigation can be made—with one such CIA provocateur being captured on video yesterday paying black protesters in Washington D.C.—who then went on to set ablaze the St. John's Episcopal Church in Lafayette Square, that’s an historic landmark located just 300 meters from the White House,

As to the specific rogue CIA cell masterminding this current overthrow coup plot in the United States, this report continues, SVR analysts have determined them to be linked to the Hmong peoples living in Wisconsin and Minnesota—peoples best known as “The CIA's Secret Army in Laos”—whose top commander that led them to America being the late General Vang Pao—a General Pao whose top aide was the late US Army Lieutenant General Zong Vang Thao—whose still living son is a St. Paul-Minnesota real estate magnet named Daniel Thao—who aside from being the cousin of Minneapolis-Minnesota police officer Tou Thao, who’s prominently pictured standing next to George Floyd while his partner officer Derek Chauvin holds his knee on this mans neck—is the employer of both Derek Chauvin and his wife Kellie Xiong Chauvin—both of whom are licensed real estate agents and list Florida as their State of residence, where they own a home in Windermere—and were married in 2001 shortly after Kellie Xiong Chavin’s previous husband Kujay Xiong mysteriously died after she divorced him—and further to be noted, is that Kellie Xiong Chauvin has an as yet unnamed brother still serving on the Minneapolis police force her husband was fired from—a fired husband Kellie Xiong Chauvin has now filed divorce papers against—though to whom these divorce papers were served to remains a mystery—as after Derek Chauvin was booked into a second jail and his mug shot released, neither it nor his first mug photo match the photos and video taken of Derek Chauvin as he knelt on the neck of George Floyd.

As to why the socialist enemies of President Trump have decided to launch their “Cause Célèbre Coup” against him at this time, this report concludes, is do to the terror they now have after the entire coronavirus pandemic hoax they’ve hoped would topple him has been exposed as “A Global False Alarm”—the exact words used in the just leaked official German government report that says “The dangerousness of Covid-19 was overestimated: probably at no point did the danger posed by the new virus go beyond the normal level” and states “The people who die from Corona are essentially those who would statistically die this year anyway”—all occurring 4-months before the 2020 presidential election whose final showdown is really all about “Republicans versus China”—and whose socialist forces today trying to tear America apart are doomed to failure—a fact best evidenced by US federal police forces having just arrested a socialist domestic terrorist for distributing information on how to make napalm—who was captured due to the NSA’s all-powerful “Contact Chaining Tool” that allows US federal police forces to “play six degrees of separation” to connect these domestic terrorists to everyone they associate with—all of whom will soon know what President Trump meant when he Tweeted out the two most basic words his nation lives by: “Law & Order!”.
