5 Reasons Nutella Should Be Banned From Your Breakfast

This post on Nutella has garnered a remarkable amount of
attention, mostly negative and mostly of the hate-mail-troll variety - so to
all of you, welcome! And those of you who are actually looking for a reason to
break this nasty habit, I hope to be able to help.
I have never been one to say to you 'eat this, don't eat
that'. Well, actually, I'm sure I have now and again. My goal however is not to
dictate what you should or shouldn't be doing in any aspect of your life, but
to offer you some guidance to help you make the best possible decisions to help
you live an optimally healthy life.
And so with that in mind, I will offer you this: Nutella is
nutritionally void and shouldn't be at the breakfast table. Actually, it
shouldn't be at snack time, lunchtime, after school or melted over your ice
cream.
It's a shame because Nutella does such great work helping
fund school lunch programs and bringing awareness to the number of kids going
to school without breakfast, it's just a shame that these breakfasts include
Nutella.
When a child's breakfast is made up of Nutella spread over
white bread, or thrown into a tortilla with a banana, he or she is priming the
brain and body for a crash. Breakfasts such as these will in no way support the
learning or optimal behaviour.
High sugar intake first thing in the morning will spike
blood sugar levels, resulting in a plummet mid morning and contribute to poor
concentration, hyper activity and aggression.
This "hazelnut spread" that looks suspiciously
like thick chocolate sauce (or a spreadable candy bar) is health washed to
pieces as a healthy breakfast option for kids.
It's not breakfast, it's a dessert and a questionable one at that. Call
a dessert a dessert and move on, or be sued!
In the United States, Ferrero, maker of Nutella, was sued in
a class action lawsuit for false advertising that led some to believe that
Nutella carries nutritional and health benefits, being touted as 'part of a
nutritious breakfast'. They were sued for health washing! In April 2012, they
paid $3 million to customers who were part of the claim. The settlement also
required Ferrero to make changes to Nutella's labelling and marketing.
What exactly these changes were are unclear.

Nutritional Breakdown
Nutella contains 70% saturated fat and processed sugar by
weight. A two-tablespoon (37 gram)
serving of Nutella contains 200 calories including:
99 calories from 11 grams of fat (3.5g of which are
saturated)
80 calories from 21 grams of sugar
In addition, the spread contains 15mg of sodium and just two
sad little grams of protein per serving. Now given that I am a huge advocate of
fat fuelling your morning, the fat content in here wouldn't be a problem if it
were from a clean source.

Modified palm oil, however, is far from clean. It is
one of the more toxic and damaging types of fats we can consume. And don't even
get me started on that amount of sugar.
Two tablespoons of Nutella contain 21 grams of sugar, the
equivalent of 5 teaspoons of sugar.
There's no reason breakfast can't be both healthy and
delicious, but serving up sugar, modified vegetable oils and processed
chocolate in the morning just isn't the way to go.
Five reasons Nutella should be banned from your breakfast
table:
1. THE FIRST INGREDIENT IS SUGAR
Sugar In NutellaDespite the lovely visual of hazelnuts
tumbling across the screen in the television commercial, the first ingredient
in Nutella is plain old, white, refined, most likely GMO sugar. Hazelnuts make
their appearance after sugar and palm oil. If we were to name this spread
appropriately, we might call it 'sugar palm oil spread', but that doesn't have
the right ring to it. Unless you're choosing to hop off your health train while
on holidays in Paris, there's no reason to choose Nutella for breakfast.
2. MORE SUGAR WITH YOUR SUGAR?
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you're probably
not spreading Nutella on celery sticks. It's going on toast (probably the
gluten-packed white kind) or crepes/pancakes (ditto). When the sugar from the
refined carbohydrates meets the sugar from the chocolate spread, boom - there
goes your energy and blood sugar balance for the day. Breakfasts such as these
will in no way support the learning of children.
Nutella is a spreadable candy bar.

3. THE SECOND INGREDIENT IS MODIFIED VEGETABLE OILS.
You know how we feel about those, right? Vegetables don't
make oil, which means these so-called "vegetable oils" need to go
through a heck of a lot of processing in order to become Nutella. We love fat, but it needs to come from
natural, unprocessed sources, otherwise we are eating cancer-contributing
refined oils that only serve to promote inflammation in the body and challenge
our heart, liver, brain, endocrine and nervous systems to function efficiently.

These oils are highly processed and most commonly
genetically modified, unless specifically labeled organic. Many of them, such
as cottonseed and soy, carry loads of chemicals. The high heat processing
destroys any nutrients that may naturally occur like vitamin E and omega-3
essential fatty acids. To make margarine the spreadable consistency people seem
to dig, the oil must be hardened.
This is done by hydrogenation or bubbling hydrogen through
the vegetable oil at high temperature, a process that enables it to be solid at
room temperature. This is the same property that makes it perfect as frosting
on cakes. When the carbon bonds are saturated with hydrogen, the product is
called a saturated fat or a hydrogenated oil.
4. THE WHOLE PACKAGE IS NOT IN THE JAR.
Treats are awesome. There's nothing wrong with making
something delicious and amazing and sharing it with your loved ones, especially
when you're celebrating a special occasion. If you are actually looking for a
healthy spread, Nutella is not it. You are better off running some hazelnut
through your food processor and adding a little honey and pinch of salt. Toss
in some cacao if you want the chocolate vibe. But check this comparison.

5. THERE BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE
Why start your day with processed chocolate spread when you
can start it with amazing oatmeal or a smoothie or even pastured eggs? If your
answer is "because it's delicious," that choice is yours, but your
answer shouldn't be "because it's the healthy option."

¼ cup hemp seeds
⅓ cup raw cacao

RECIPE BENEFITS
Hemp Seeds: Hemp seeds are mostly fat and protein. The ratio
of omega 3 to 6 is ideal as an anti-inflammatory agent and the easily
digestible plant proteins make hemp seeds a superfood for brain health and
nervous system nourishment.
Raw Cacao: Having less caffeine than its roasted
counterpart, raw cacao lets us take advantage of the powerful anandamide, a
plant chemical that translates as bliss in the brain. Combine that with the

According to Reuters, palm oil is responsible for Nutella’s
creamy texture and long shelf life. "Making Nutella without palm oil would
produce an inferior substitute for the real product, it would be a step
backward," Vincenzo Tapella, Ferrero’s purchasing manager, told Reuters.
Tapella appeared in a controversial commercial defending the product in 2016.
Palm oil is the cheapest vegetable oil, and Ferrero uses
around 185,000 tons of the ingredient a year. Changing oils could alter the consistency
of the spread and cost Ferrero millions. In total, the palm oil industry is
worth $44 billion, and Nutella makes up about a fifth of Ferrero's sales.
The EFSA cannot make regulations, and it did not recommend
stopping the consumption of palm oil altogether. The authority did, however,
cite palm oil as a potentially harmful ingredient and called for further
research.
An ongoing investigation is being conducted by the European
Commission.
Meanwhile, a statement on Nutella's website advises consumers
to exercise moderation when consuming the chocolate spread: "It is so
delicious that even a small amount is highly satisfying."
"Terminator" Seeds.
The real reason for the production of G.M. "Terminator Seeds", nomatter what assurances and "spin-doctoring" they give us, is to cross-pollinate all the crops on Earth, so that the companies who produce these seeds will then have the world at their mercy, as everyone on Earth would then be forced to buy seeds from them, every year, or starve. Just like the "Terminator", that these seeds are named after and the person who is feeding the scientists this evil deceptive technology*, the cross-pollination absolutely will not stop until it has turned all of the plants on Earth into "Terminator" plants.
The method in the madness, of the person who is REALLY behind all this insanity, is to then destroy these "Terminator Seeds" by getting them to "Self-Destruct" before producing a crop and the whole world will then starve, irrespective of any physical harm these crops will also do to animals and humans.
That is why Satan is telepathically feeding his scientists, who work for the G.M. companies, with this insane technology* and has convinced them to adopt it, because they can see the money and power, they think, they will obtain through it, whilst their arrogance and greed blind them to their lunacy and the Apocalyptic danger of this totally un-necessarytechnology and the fact that they can't eat money. Looking at the world today, it is going so drastically wrong and it appears that nobody is doing anything about it. Every day the environment is getting more and more polluted, the climate is becoming more erratic with un-seasonal storms; cyclones; floods and droughts. Nobody seems to have made the link between the exploding number of cars now on the roads, burning fossil-fuels which release excessive amounts of carbon-dioxide into the atmosphere, causing global-warming, and the adverse weather-patterns we have been encountering in recent years and have been blaming on the El-Niño effect. The El-Niño is actually being caused by pollution; deforestation and global-warming and is NOT a separate event that we can blame every natural disaster upon, as the media tend to do to make it seem like it's not our fault. But many people have made the link and are still doing the same things, continuing to destroy the planet; which is why itseems as though they haven't made the link. Perhaps they don't really care, or think that it's impossible to change.
Our politicians and governments don't seem to be too concerned about the environmental catastrophies of recent years. They seem to be more concerned about lining their own wallets and getting as much for free as they can from the'System', without being so blatant and obvious about it that they lose their much needed votes which keep them in their positions of power over the people. Of course they can just pay or use their friends in the media and "spin-doctors" to run stories which make them look good to cover-up all of the evil and corruption that is really going on in politics today (it seems that everyone can be bought for a price in the world of politics), so people are deceived into thinking that the politicians are actually trying to help them, when many are really just ripping them off.
These people even have the audacity to make up laws so they can rip everyone off more efficiently. Why is it that the average employee pays between 20% - 50% of his/her earnings in tax and most big-businesses only pay around 10% tax? Is it because the government is receiving back-handers from these big-businessmen to pursuade them to manipulate the 'System' so it works in their favour? Or perhaps our politicians have interests in these big-businesses and are simplylooking after 'number one'.
President Clinton's so-called impeachment trial was sure-proof that the lawyers and politicians have set up separate lawsfor themselves and for everyone else. If any person not in government was proven to have lied under oath in court as president Clinton has, they would be instantly locked-up in prison for perjury, so how did Clinton get away with it?Obviously modern politics and law has one set of laws for the rich (lawyers and politicians) and another for everyone else. By not only letting this injustice happen but by also encouraging it, the American people have proven to the whole world that they think that it's alright for their leader to commit adultery and lie to them and the rest of the world, which makes all American people look, to the rest of the world, to be nothing but liars and adulterers and as long as they are making money they don't care.
How can anyone trust or believe anything Bill Clinton or any American says now, after he has been proven beyond any doubt to be guilty of lying to the whole world under oath, and the so-called highest court of 'law' in America found him not guilty. It is supposed to be a court of law but in a court the jury has to vote on the evidence, not for their own political party or position. This makes the trial a farce and every peace-treaty and agreement that Clinton and the Americans have signed with other nations to be of no effect because he, through his own actions, and the people through theirs have proven their word to be of absolutely no value. A man is only as good as his word and a country is only as good as its leader (or more accurately, a country gets the leader it deserves).
And what about the genetically manipulated foods we are unwittingly being fed nowadays? We are told that everything that contains genetically modified plant matter is clearly labeled, but studies in Britain reveal that cross-pollination has occurred between G.M. test crops and other natural species and now it is impossible to contain the genetically modified plant strains. This makes it almost impossible to tell what foods contain genetically modified ingredients because nobody knows how far these alterations have and will spread through the food-chain. G.M. foods have been proven in scientific experiments to deplete the immune-systems of animals that they were fed to, and could potentially make all species on Earth including man-kind extremely sick.
When we look at who is responsible for this 'accident', it doesn't really seem to be so much of an accident at all. The main companies behind G.M. research, are also, I believe, involved in the production of drugs and antibiotics for human use. Looking at it from an entirely material (monetary) point of view, as the ruthless businessmen running these drug companies would, I believe that it is to their benefit that peoples' immune-systems are depleted, because people would then need more antibiotics and drugs to stay healthy, which would create a greater demand for them and more businessfor the drug companies. So even if genetically modified crops are not allowed on the market, contamination of natural strains has already occurred and these potentially health-threatening 'frankinstein foods' are already making their way to the public's dinner tables, if they haven't already arrived, regardless of what measures are taken to stop them.
This of course will be of great financial benefit to the pharmaceutical companies, who; without sick people buying their drugs; would go bankrupt. It is therefore logically in their best financial interest for everyone on Earth to be sick and taking their drugs. Do not the same people who own the pharmaceutical companies also own the fertilizer and G. M. companies?
All of this evidence indicating how dangerous genetically modified foods are and the Prime-Minister of England, Mr. Tony Blair doesn't seem to think that there is anything wrong with them at all. Or could he be receiving a 'back-hander' from Monsanto's 'big-businessmen' to help convince him that G.M. foods are alright? It seems very strange that the Prime-Minister of England would support the production of crops that have been proven in previous tests in India to require more applications of chemical sprays and fertilizers (also produced by Monsanto) than normal crops and don'tyield as well as ordinary un-manipulated crops.
So the Earth's weather patterns are being turned up-side-down and the air we breathe is being poisoned by pollution coming from car exhausts and industrial pollution; the food we eat is being poisoned by drug companies who stand to profit from increased sales of chemical sprays, insecticides, fertilizers, antibiotics and other 'symptom-removing' remedies as we, the general public get sicker and sicker along with the planet we are living on, and it seems that nobodywith enough power or influence to make the difference is doing anything about it. The lawyers and politicians are so busymaking money out of the whole fiasco that they can't even see what is happening, or just don't care about anyone or anything but themselves and money, let alone realize how fast mankind is hurtling towards its own destruction and the major religious organizations are teaching everyone that it will all be alright, as long as we all go along to their churches, confess our 'sins' to their priests and give them large donations of money.
How's anybody going to learn how to stop the destruction of the planet when our politicians are blatantly lying to us through the media, to assure us that it is really not that bad and the priests are telling us that we can continue to do whatever we want to, providing we go and visit them once a week and pay them money to hear them tell us that we are forgiven for whatever evil we have been doing all week, so we can go out and do more evil next week and everything is going to be alright, when it is certainly NOT ALRIGHT.
Throughout all of this insanity there remains one book that makes perfect sense and has been warning us for thousands of years that all of these things which are happening now would happen if we didn't do what it teaches. Right from the very first Book that God gave to mankind for its guidance (which is the Book of Enoch, that has been taken out of The Bible by the churches because it is too easy to understand and proves the church's doctrine wrong) to the Book of Revelation/Apocalypse and The Holy Koran, we are told repeatedly that we MUST follow The Laws, Statutes, Judgments, Agricultural Policy, Economic Policy and The Ten Commandments contained in The Torah, which is the name given to the Five Books of Moses (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy) and means The Law.
We are told in Deuteronomy, chapter 28, that if we follow The Law, we will be Blessed and everyone will enjoy their share of the abundance of crops that God promised that He would make grow in the land without the need for chemical sprays and fertilizers), but if we don't follow The Law and allow greedy evil men to make up their own laws to suit themselves, the land would fail and we will suffer slavery, oppression, pestilence, disease, famine and death (the rat race- employee is just a modernized word meaning slave - think about it) under The Curses written into The Law as a punishment for not following it.
The teachings of all of the Prophets in The Bible, including Christ Himself hinge on the obeying of The Law. As Christ said Himself, in the Gospel of Matthew chapter 5; 'Think not that I am come to destroy The Law or The Prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. For truly I say unto you, till Heaven and Earth pass away, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from The Law, till all be fulfilled.'
The Laws of The Torah are really not that hard to follow, all we really need to do is to obey The First Two Commandments and the rest of The Law follows on from them. These two Commandments are:- 'You shall love, honour, cherish and OBEY The Lord your God (The Source of Love, Good and Truth) with ALL your heart, with ALLyour mind, with ALL your soul and with ALL your strength and Him ONLY shall you serve and OBEY, forsakingALL others' - and - 'Love your neighbour (spiritually not physically) as much as, or more than, you love your "Self". Then you will not do wrong, or lie to anyone. Your neighbour is the person next to you and the person on the far side of the planet and EVERYONE in between.'
In following these two COMMANDments we can't be oppressed by, or made slaves to anyone, because we are following and OBEYING ONLY GOD (The Go(o)d voice in our heads), DOING HIS WILL and NOBODY else's, so we can't be deceived by the lies that the lawyers, politicians and priests have been telling us for years, to falsely place themselves in positions of power over us. And if we are loving our neighbours as much as, or more than we love our "Selves", then we cannot possibly harm anyone else and when everybody's doing it, we have a caring society where everybody is putting others before themselves, and loving and helping each other. Unlike today's society where everybody is competing with each other to survive and the strong are oppressing the weak and the rich are oppressingthe poor.
There is no way that we can break any of the other Commandments if we are obeying only God (doing His Will) and putting everyone else before ourselves, it is that simple.....simple yes, but not easy.
As soon as we start to do God's Will and start putting the world right, we instantly become the Opposer's enemy (the word Satan is Hebrew and means 'the Opposer' of God's Will). He then attacks us from all angles, using our friends and family, without them knowing what is going on, to try and pull us off the path by getting them to tell us that there is nothing that we can do about all of the evil in the world and that God and Satan don't really exist etc., etc. If that doesn't work, he then attacks us from within, through the D/evil voice in our heads, to make our imagination run wild, so we become afraid and stop doing God's Will for us and stop fighting against evil because Satan has deceived us into thinking it is too hard or too dangerous.
That is when we need to really get to know God and ask Him telepathically to help us fight against Satan and all of the evil in the world. If you ask God to help you with complete faith (trust) that He will answer and help you, He will help you and guide you telepathically through the Go(o)d voice in your head and if you keep calm and follow His instructions to the detail, you will come to no harm and, with God's help, you will defeat Satan and eventually put a stop to all of the evil in this world.
Unfortunately, there is a desperate shortage of people doing God's Will and fighting to put the world right. Consequently the world has now gone so wrong that it is too late to put things right again without starting again from scratch and gathering all of the people together who want to fight to put the world right, by creating a society based on The PerfectSystem of Laws that God (The Ruler of the Universe) gave us to follow. When this happens, we will finally bring some true meaning to the Lord's Prayer:- 'Thy (God's) Kingdom come (to Earth), Thy (God's) Will be done on Earth as it is done in Heaven (the rest of the Universe)'.
So how is this amazing event going to happen? You may well ask.
The original copies of the Five Books of Moses and the Two Stone Tablets with The Ten Commandments written on them are kept in a box known as The Ark of The Covenant, which was kept in Solomon's Temple on top of Mt. Moriah in Jerusalem.
In c.588 B.C., king Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon was sent by God to lay siege to and overthrow king Zedekiah of Jerusalem as a punishment because he wasn't obeying The Laws of The Torah. Solomon's Temple was destroyed in the siege and Jeremiah the Bible Prophet took Zedekiah's daughter, princess Teia Tephi; The Ark of The Covenant andThe Lia Fail/Stone of Destiny (The British Throne of Israel) to Tanis in Egypt for safety.
Jeremiah was then advised by God that Nebuchadnezzar was going to invade Egypt and he should take The Ark to God's preordained place of safety, which was the British Isles (Ireland to be exact). Jeremiah then took Teia Tephi and God's Treasures and left Tanis in a Tyrian Ship, which they sailed across the Mediterranian Sea to Gibraltar. There they changed ships and caught a Greek vessel to Ireland, stopping in Breogan in Spain and Marazion in Cornwall on the way.
They arrived at Howth in Ireland on the 18th of June 583 B.C. and Teia Tephi, the daughter of king Zedekiah of Jerusalem was escorted to The Hill of Tara where she married Eochaidh Mac Duach, the Ard ri (high king) of Ireland and The Laws of The Torah were then instituted as National Law, bringing peace and prosperity to all of Ireland for the first time.
A special sub-terranian tomb was constructed at the Hill of Tarah (Torah) in Co. Meath and The Ark of The Covenantwas placed in it, along with Teia Tephi's body when she died and a number of other significant artifacts including David's harp which features as the Irish People's national emblem. The Ark now has to be recovered, in accordance with God's prophecies which He gave to Nostradamus, the French Prophet, to prove to the world that The Laws of The Torah do actually exist and the British people, including the Irish; all of the Commonwealth countries; the U.S.A.; Netherlands; Scandinavia; the Baltic States and others will be shown theirtrue identity as descendants of the ten tribed "House of Israel", which will prove that the governments of these countries were never allowed to replace The Torah with their own laws that have brought poverty to most of the world and aredestroying the planet.
The other reason that The Ark is to be recovered now is for it to act as a focal-point with which to gather all of the people together, who can see that the world is going terribly wrong and want to stop the governments and big-businesses who are ripping everyone off and destroying the planet.
This is described in The Bible as the gathering of the righteous of Israel. The gathering will first begin in Ireland whenThe Ark is recovered at The Hill of Tara and Christ (the Spirit-Being, who has come again in a new body from the tribe of Joseph-Ephraim as prophesied in Genesis 49 v 10, 22-24; Malachi 4; Matt. 24; Mark 13; throughout the Book of Revelation/Apocalypse; the Prophecies of Nostradamus and most of the Old Testament Books of The Bible) is acknowledged as King of kings.
Then later, when The Ark is removed to Gibraltar (His Rock of Defense - Isaiah 33:15-16; Koran Sura 52:1-8) the gathering of the righteous of the ten-tribed House of Israel will be completed in preparation for the New Jerusalem (a city?) to come down out of heaven and collect them. The Space Ship(!)(The New Jerusalem, see Rev. 21:2,10) will then go to the Jerusalem on Earth and collect those from the two tribed House of Judah (the Jews) who finally accept Christ as their True King (saying 'Blessed is He that cometh in the name of The Lord' in fulfillment of Jesus' prophecy about this event in - Luke 13:35).
Once all of the Elect are safely onboard the New Jerusalem, the Reaping of the Earth will begin, where everyone left on Earth, who, by not fighting against Satan and all of the evil in the world whilst they had the opportunity, have proved to God that they are on Satan's side ('He that is not with me is against me' - Matt. 12:30) and will be destroyed along with Satan himself in The Fire (remember Sodom and Gomorrah? Brimstone and Fire from The Lord out of Heaven - Gen. 19:25), which not only kills their bodies, but this time destroys their souls as well, effectively terminating their livespermanently.
Once the "Reaping of the World" is completed and the Earth is restored anew, to the Garden of Eden that it was and wasalways meant to be. The New Jerusalem will then come back down and all of the survivors will live on Earth as one (God's) Kingdom, free from all of the oppression and evil that was previously happening in the Dark Times (now) when Satan and his followers were ruling the world. So, in actual fact, it is only going to be the end of all of the evil anddespondency in the world and not the end of the world itself, (for the survivors that is).
Christ promised, in John 16:25, that at His Second Coming, just before The End, He would show people clearly about God. He said that just before the Last-Day, when everybody is due to be judged on his/her individual merits, He would come again and publish the Truth of God and enlighten the whole world (Matt. 24:27 and Luke 17:24). This is also described in Revelation, chapter 10, where the Angel gives the apostle, John, a little book and when he eats it up (reads and digests its contents) it is bitter in his belly, but is in his mouth sweet as honey (easy to read, but not so easy to digest and do what it says). This Book is available now and is called 'The Way home or Face the Fire' by JAH (see Malachi chapter 4). It explains the Truth about God; the True interpretation of The Holy Bible and The Holy Koran; the True reasons why what is happening now is happening and what is going to happen in the very near future in the world. It also explains the consequences involved in taking each of the two paths - The Way home or the way to the Fire.
